Best browser

For the best experience on the Plum website, we recommend you use Microsoft Internet Explorer^® version 5.5 or higher.

To upgrade your existing IE browser, visit the Microsoft website and download the latest version.

When you upgrade Internet Explorer you can keep your favourites or bookmarks from your previous browser. In the new browser:

• Click File at the top of the screen
• Choose Import and Export from the dropdown list
• Follow the instructions presented on the screen

If you use Mozilla Firefox^®, we recommend that you use version 2 or higher.

If you use Apple Safari^®, we recommend you use version 3 or higher.

Please note:

• You must follow the download instructions on the browser manufacturer's website. If you have technical problems, contact the browser manufacturer for support.
• You can also use the Help drop down menu at the top of your browser. At the Microsoft website, choose Product updates from the drop down menu.
• Make sure you choose the right browser version for your computer's operating system (such as Windows XP or Macintosh OS 10).
• Once you've downloaded the proper browser, you must install it on your computer. Follow the browser manufacturer's instructions that appear on your screen.
