Unless you choose another fund, ${employerName} will pay your super contributions into your stapled account. A stapled account is an existing super account with a super fund which is linked, or stapled, to you when you commence new employment.

If you don’t have a stapled account and you don’t choose another super fund, ${employerName} will pay your future super contributions into the ${name}, their default employer super fund.

You can nominate another super fund to pay your super into by downloading and completing the Super standard choice form (PDF) and sending it to your employer.
