Riding out the investment cycles

Recent movements in the world investment markets have been a timely reminder that the markets will always have peaks and troughs. Over the past weeks we have witnessed buoyant markets followed by historically low share prices.

It’s important to keep in mind superannuation is a long-term investment, and the ups and downs are inevitable. Investment decisions should be made carefully, and not based on daily news headlines.
