Lending services

You can access lending facilities through Momentum Loan Solutions. You can choose from a range of home loan providers including banks and non-bank lenders. Annual reviews are also part of the service to ensure your loan continues to meet your needs.

If you use the Momentum Loan Solutions service, you'll benefit from:

• Your lending manager's extensive experience.
• A range of loans from different home loan providers to suit your specific situation and needs.
• Your lending manager can negotiate with the loan provider on your behalf to help you set up your loan.

Momentum Loan Solutions is a mortgage broking service provided by MLC Mortgage Solutions. MLC Mortgage Solutions is a division of GWM Adviser Services.

You will not be charged a fee for this service. MLC Mortgage Solutions will, however, receive a commission from the home loan provider when home loan funds are drawn down.
