If you’ve already registered for Plum Online, you can log in using your username (email address or member number) and password. If you haven’t logged in before you’ll need to register for Plum Online access before you can use the app, at plum.com.au/register. You can find your member number on your Plum correspondence such as your annual statement. Alternatively, call us on 1300 55 7586, Monday to Friday 8am-7pm AEST (8pm daylight savings time).
