  • Plum Member Rewards is a program providing our members with a Plum Super account access to discounted gift card offers from hundreds of leading brands. There are no points to collect, just everyday savings on thousands of offers. To view the latest offers, log in to your online Member Rewards account.

    Plum Member Rewards is brought to you by Edge Loyalty Systems Pty Ltd trading as Lifestyle Rewards (ABN 96 138 299 288). Lifestyle Rewards is an external provider and not part of Insignia Financial Limited.

  • Plum Super members all have access to the program, but you will first need to register online to access the benefits.

  • To register, complete the steps below:

    1. Log in to your online Plum account
    2. Scroll down to the Member Rewards banner and press ‘Click here to register’
    3. Confirm your details on the registration form
    4. You’ll receive an email within 5 business days from Lifestyle Rewards with instructions to finalise the set-up of your Plum Member Rewards account.

  • To purchase a gift card, log in to your Member Rewards account and select the gift card you want to buy. You might be redirected to a partner website or provided with a code to redeem directly with the supplier.

  • After you make a purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email which will contain a link you can use to check the status of your order. If you need further help, send an email to enquiries@yourlifestylebenefits.com.au or call Lifestyle Rewards on 1300 887 787 between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am and 5pm Saturday (AEST/AEDT).

  • If your username is not recognised and you can’t log in, send an email to enquiries@yourlifestylebenefits.com.au or call Lifestyle Rewards on 1300 887 787 between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am and 5pm Saturday (AEST/AEDT).

  • Member Rewards is the replacement program to Member Benefits which has a new provider and different offers you can choose from. Member Benefits accounts will not carry over to Member Rewards, you will need to register again to use the program.
