Statement calendar

To help you manage your end-of-financial-year, we’ve created the statement mailing calendar.

If you’ve chosen to receive your statements online, you’ll receive an email notification from us on the mailing date. Otherwise, allow 3-5 working days for statements to be delivered within Australia, and 14-21 working days for international deliveries.

Superannuation

Access your Plum
statements online

To access your Plum statements online, login to your online portfolio and click on Statements & documents to view your statements.

If you currently receive your statements online, and would prefer to receive them in the mail, you’ll need to login to your online portfolio, click Update my details, followed by Mail preferences and then select ‘By mail’. You can also do this by contacting us on 1300 55 7586.
