E-signature supported forms

Plum Super accepts electronic signatures (e-signatures) in place of handwritten signatures for certain forms. E-signatures will only be accepted if they are made using an approved e-signature service provider.

We have chosen DocuSign as our preferred provider as they meet very stringent security standards ensuring that our client data is kept safe. We will accept requests from other companies provided they satisfy our mandatory document requirements.
