Change of Auditor

Subject to the receipt of ASIC approval, it is intended that KPMG (ABN 51 194 660 183) will resign as auditor of the MLC Super Fund for which NULIS Nominees (Australia) Limited acts as the trustee.

Following the resignation Ernst & Young (ABN 75 288 172 749) of 8 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, VIC, 3000 will be appointed as the new auditor. Ernst & Young was selected following a competitive tender process and based on the strength of its proposal, capabilities and industry experience.
