  • When we transfer your super account to the Plum Personal Plan, we will cancel any SCI cover you hold at the time.

    Use this form to reinstate the SCI cover within 60 days of joining the Plum Personal Plan, by logging into your online account, and look for the Reinstate your Salary Continuance Insurance (SCI) form.
