What are cookies and the types that are used by our website?

Cookies are tiny pieces of information that we ask your browser to store and remember. There are two types of cookies:

Resetting your browser to accept cookies

If your browser will not accept cookies, you will need to reset it to accept them. This will allow you to manage your accounts online and use our website's features.

• Choose Internet Options from the Tools menu
• Click the Privacy tab
• Select the Medium setting
• Click OK

Google Chrome^®

• Choose Settings from the Spanner icon
• Click show Advanced Settings
• Click content settings in the Privacy section
• Select Allow load data to be set (recommended)
• Click Done

Mozilla Firefox^®

• Choose Options from the Tools menu
• Click the Privacy tab
• Click the Accept cookies from sites box
• Select the They expire option in the Keep until field
• Click OK

Apple Safari^®

• Choose Preferences from the Edit menu
• Click the Security tab
• Tick the Only from sites you navigate to radio button under Accept cookies:
• Click the X to close the window

• We use session cookies only when alternate means are not practical or available.
