Logging in
We’ve made changes to our login. We’ve recently updated our login process to make your account more secure. If you’re having trouble logging in, you may be required to re-register for access. You can register now, it's easy, just have your email or member number handy. Alternatively, you can reset your password to access your account.
If you haven’t provided a mobile number, you’ll need to enter one the first time you log in to Plum Online.
If you experience any issues after logging in, clear your computer's cache and try again.

Accessing your account
When you access your account for the first time you'll need to register for Plum online, with your 9 digit member number.
Once we have validated the details you’ve provided, you’ll receive an email with a link to set your new password.
Anytime you login to your account you'll be required to enter your new password.
Where can you find your member number?
Your member number can be found in your welcome letter and annual statement. Once you have your password set up, you can also use your registered email address to log in.
What is your password?
Your password is the one you create when prompted the first time you login to your account.
A valid password must be at least 8 characters long, and contain at least 3 of the following:
- A lowercase letter
- An uppercase letter
- A number (0-9)
- A special character, eg % or @
Forgotten your Password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by using the reset password tool.
Mistakes when logging in
You have five attempts to login. If your details are incorrect, access will be denied and you'll have to reset your password using the reset password tool.
