Accessing your account
When you access your account for the first time you'll need your 9 digit member number or email address to use as your Login ID.
If we have your email address you'll receive an email with a link to a page where you can set your new password.
If we don't have your email address, then you'll need to confirm your identity with your first name, last name, date of birth and postcode. Once we have validated your details you'll be able to set your password.
The password must be at least 6-8 characters in length and made up of a mix of letters and numbers.
Anytime you login to your account you'll be required to enter your new password.

What is your password?
Your password is the one you create when prompted the first time you login to your account.
